مع رؤية واضحة لتزويد السوق ليس فقط بملابس الرجال فحسب ، بل رفيق مصنوع بجودة عالية وأقمشة عالية الجودة وذوق عالمي للأزياء تم تصنيعه بأيدي محلية.
وعد Dockland هو منح العملاء أفضل تجربة لارتداء الرجال لفترة طويلة من حيث الشكل والجودة.
تمتلك دوكلاند اليوم 19 متجرًا في جميع أنحاء مصر بهدف التوسع في خدمة المزيد من العملاء من خلال تجربة الموضة الفريدة من نوعها ، وقد أدت تخفيضات دوكلاند ، والمنسوجات والجودة إلى أن تصبح دوكلاند فريدة من نوعها في فئة ملابس الرجال ، مما يوفر للعملاء الملابس التي تناسب كل مرحلة و مناسبة حياتهم مثل القمصان والقمصان البولو والقمصان والبلوفرات وقمصان العرق والسترات والسراويل والبدلات والاكسسوارات الرجالية.

موقع إلكتروني تديره شركة دوكلاند ، وهي شركة مسجلة في مصر مع مكتبنا الرئيسي في القاهرة.

- كيف يتم تشكيل العقد بينك وبين دوكلاند؟
سوف تتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا من Dockland.com.eg بعد الطلب للإقرار بأننا قد استلمنا طلبك.
إذا أخطأت أثناء الطلب ، يمكنك الاتصال بنا أو إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلينا على customer.service@intermodagroup.com.com
عند تقديم طلب ، فإنك تتعهد بأن جميع التفاصيل التي تقدمها إلينا لطلب المنتجات صحيحة ودقيقة ، وأنك مستخدم معتمد لبطاقة الائتمان أو الخصم المستخدمة في تقديم طلبك وأن هناك أموالًا كافية لتغطية تكلفة البضائع والخدمات. تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية إبلاغنا بأي تغييرات تطرأ على هذه التفاصيل في أقرب وقت ممكن.

- الغاء العقد
لإلغاء العقد الخاص بك خلال فترة الإلغاء يرجى إعلامنا باستخدام جهات الاتصال الخاصة بنا (الهاتف / البريد الإلكتروني)
إذا كنت تتعاقد كمستهلك في مصر وقمت بإلغاء طلبك خلال فترة الإلغاء ، فستسترد كامل الثمن المدفوع للمنتجات في غضون 14 يومًا ("فترة الاسترداد").
تبدأ فترة الاسترداد بعد 3 أيام من استلام المنتجات منك.

يرجى ملاحظة: إذا تمت معالجة طلبك بالفعل ، فقد لا نتمكن من إيقاف إرسال العناصر إليك ، لذلك ستظل بحاجة إلى إعادة جميع المنتجات التي تم شراؤها على طلبك. يجب أن تعتني بشكل معقول بالمنتجات التي ترغب في إلغائها وعدم استخدامها أو ارتدائها.

- طرق الدفع
نحن نقدم طريقة مختلفة للدفع مثل بطاقة الائتمان (تأشيرة ، خصم فيزا ، وماستركارد). كما نقبل الدفع النقدي عند التسليم
ملاحظات عامة:
احتفظ بإيصالاتك - يجب أن يقدم التجار عبر الإنترنت للمشترين إيصالاً ورقم طلب في نهاية أي معاملة.
قد تكون هذه المعلومات متاحة لك كصفحة ويب يمكنك تنزيلها / طباعتها وبريد إلكتروني للتأكيد. احتفظ بجميع الإيصالات ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني وأرقام الطلبات حتى وصول منتجك وتأكيد حالته

- العودة والتبادل
إذا كنت بحاجة إلى إرجاع شيء ما لأن الملابس لا تناسبك ، أو ببساطة لا تحب المنتجات. تأكد من تشغيل جميع العلامات وأن العنصر تمامًا كما تلقيته.
تحتاج إلى إعادته إلينا في غضون 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.
يرجى اتباع العملية أدناه لإعادة البند الخاص بك إلينا:
1 - أعد حزم المنتج في عبوته الأصلية مع وضع الملصقات والعلامات المرفقة.
2 - أرفق ملصق التسليم الأصلي بأمان مع العنصر الخاص بك.

Dockland promise is to give the customers the best experience of long lasting men’s wear in terms of shape and quality.
Today Dockland owns 19 stores all over Egypt with an intention of expansion to serve more customers with its unique fashion experience, Dockland cuts, textile and quality have resulted in Dockland becoming unique in the men’s wear category, providing customers with apparel to suit every stage and occasion of their lives such as T-shirts, Polo shirts, Shirts, Pullovers, Sweat Shirts, Jackets, Pants, Suits and Men’s accessories.

- How the contract is formed between you and Dockland?
you will receive an e-mail from Dockland.com.eg after ordering acknowledging that we have received your order.
if you make a mistake while orderdering, you can call us or send us e-mail on customer.service@intermodagroup.com.com
when making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting products are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.

- Cancelling the contract
in order to cancel your contract within the cancellation period please notify us using our contacts (Phone / Email)
if you are contracting as a consumer in Egypt and cancel your order within the cancellation period you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products within 14 days ("the refund period").
The refund period starts after 3 days after receiving the products back from you.

Please note: if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to stop the items from being sent to you so you will still need to return all the product(s) that were purchased on your order. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use or wear them.

- Payment methods
we offer different method of payment such as credit card (visa, visa debit, and MasterCard). We also accept (cod) cash on delivery
General notes:
keep your receipts - online merchants should offer purchasers a receipt and order number at the end of any transaction.
This information may be available to you as a webpage you can download/print and a confirmation email. Keep all receipts, emails and order numbers until your product arrives and you confirm its condition

- Returns and exchange
if you need to return something because clothes don’t fit, or you simply don’t like the products. Make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it.
You need to get it back to us within 7 days from the delivery date.
Please follow the below process for returning your item to us:
1 - Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
2 - Securely attach the original delivery label to your item.
